Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, we verify it, perform quality checks, and package it. This process typically takes 1-3 business days before the order is sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch.
Just so you know, processing time is separate from shipping time.
In case of a high volume of orders, there might be slight delays. If we expect any significant delay in processing or shipment, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Time:
This refers to the time it takes for your items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination:
Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days
Please note that shipping times can vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance or regional delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer shipping to Australia, Canada, the United States, and the Rest of the World.
Standard Delivery:
Expedited Delivery – (condition- all orders) ( Cost- $25.00)
If there are any delays beyond the expected timeframes, we will make every effort to inform you. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be activated within 24 hours.
Damages and Issues:
shinyaccs is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items when filing your claim.
