Eligibility for Returns

You must submit a return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days once we receive the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (tags must not be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Quality Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Note: Final sale items and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Exchanges

Only one exchange per order is allowed, so please carefully review your items before sending them back.
Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Please provide us with the tracking number and shipping carrier information as soon as you ship the returned item.

Due to the limited size of our team, we will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days, but there may be occasional delays. If more than two weeks have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

If you no longer want the item you purchased or ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please double-check product details, especially the size chart, before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties and taxes incurred, unless the item arrives damaged, or faulty, or the package is lost or damaged in transit.

Do not return your package to the address shown on the label. This is not our return address and may delay your return process. Our return warehouses are located in the United States and Hong Kong, and we are working on adding more return centers in other countries.
Third-Party Platforms
At this time, shinyaccs has not authorized any third-party vendors for business purposes. Purchases made through third-party platforms are not covered by our warranty or return policy.
